Get started in the Flare Network ecosystem.
Helpful instructions on connecting to the network, delegating your votes and the rewards process.


Fill in your name, email address and choose a strong password. In a few minutes you will receive an account activation email. If you have not received it after 5 minutes, check your spam folder. Activate your account by clicking the link provided. You are now able to log in to the system.
On the login screen you will find a Forgot Password link to enter the email address you used to create your account. You will receive an email containing your new password, use it to login and then update your password with one of your own choosing. If you have not received an email after 5 minutes please check your spam folder.
To enable 2FA, please go to your account profile and underneath the option to Update Password you will see the option to enable 2FA through the Google Authenticator application on your phone.

If you wish to delete your account, please do so by choosing the Delete Account link located at the bottom of your account profile. Once your account is deleted, all of its resources and data will be permanently deleted.
When creating an account you are given the option to subscribe to our Newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you can do so by using the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our Newsletter.

You can delegate your votes using a Web3 browser and the MetaMask extension or mobile app. For detailed instructions, please refer to this blog post.
If you own a DCent Wallet you can access our dApp from within their app. Detailed instructions can be found on this blog post.
If you have a Bifrost wallet you can access our dApp from within their app. You can also delegate to any provider using their app, detailed steps can be found on this blog post.
A token holder can delegate vote power by percentage to a limited number of Signal Providers, currently set at 2 per address. This limit is imposed by Flare Networks, not FTSO AU.
If you wish to change one of both of your chosen Signal Providers, simply go to Step 1 in the delegation screen and "Undelegate All". When the transaction has been completed you can re-delegate your WSGB allocation.

ALL rewards epochs will begin weekly on Saturdays at approximately 08:41 UTC.
The next voting power / delegation lock will occur on any random block beginning ~42 hours prior to the start of the next reward epoch. Essentially anytime between 14:41 UTC Thursdays and 08:41 UTC Saturdays.
Anyone who begins delegating to data providers, and does so before the delegation lock, will NOT be eligible to begin accruing rewards until AFTER 08:41 UTC on Saturday.
If you unwrap and or switch data providers in the middle of a rewards epoch, you are fixed to that data provider for the remainder of the current rewards week and will continue to accrue rewards from that provider. The delegation to your newly chosen data provider will not take effect until the next rewards epoch begins.
If you take no weekly action, the system defaults to the previous week’s selected data provider(s).
If you unwrap and or switch data providers in the middle of a rewards epoch, you are fixed to that data provider for the remainder of the current rewards week and will continue to accrue rewards from that provider. The delegation to your newly chosen data provider will not take effect until the next rewards epoch begins.
Rewards are paid out in $SGB.
Rewards accrued during weekly rewards epochs cannot be called / claimed until after the following rewards epoch has begun. This means that those who are currently eligible for delegation accrual rewards beginning on any given Saturday cannot call / claim any accrued rewards until AFTER 08:41 UTC on the following Saturday.
Rewards calls / claims are good for 90 days. Any unclaimed rewards after the 90 day expiry are returned to the rewards pools for the next epoch.
The rewards claim process is manual, which you can do so using the button on the Rewards page.
Rewards claimed on Saturday after the end of the epoch, will not be added to your voting power until the following delegation lock on Thursday.
